1. Once you have logged into the Remflow website – you will need to select disputes on the menu in order to log a dispute:
2. Once you have clicked on Disputes – you will then need to click on add new dispute:
3. Once you have clicked on add new dispute – you will then need to select the type of dispute you would like to log:
4. Once you have selected the type of dispute you would like to log. You will need to complete the requested information as shown below:
5. Once you have filed in the requested information, please click the submit button. The below will pop up on the right-hand side top corner to confirm that the dispute has been added successfully:
6. Once the dispute has been added successfully. Our team will then investigate and get back to you as soon as we can.
Remflow itself only accept USDT crypto deposits at this time. If you wish to use any other payment method or currency, then you will need to open a trade request and exchange the currency via one of our traders. If you have deposited USDT to the wallet address shown on your Remflow funds page and it is not appearing in your balance, then please reach out to our support team and we’ll help you get it sorted. You will need to provide your transaction ID in order to trace the transaction on the Blockchain
